Ann Thompson
Ann Thompson comes from a diverse background, having worked in the corporate, medical, legal, and religious arenas. She is a Licensed Minister with the United Pentecostal Church International and is the wife of the love of her life, Rev. Galen J Thompson, who is the Director of Education and Short-term Missions for North American Missions at UPCI Headquarters. Together they serve as Ministers-at-large within the UPCI, and co-facilitate Leadership/Strategic Planning and Marriage/ Family/Life Seminars.
She is the proud mother of Rev. Nathan (Scotia) Thompson, Rev. Natalie (Keith) Mandley, and Abigail (Jordan) Powell. Everyone knows that her Granddaughter, Éowyn Grace Thompson (6 years old), and her Grandson, Amadeus Irving Mandley (1-1/2 years old), make her heart pump peanut butter, and if they lived closer together they would be into mischief all the time!
In almost 45 years of ministry, she has served as a Pastor’s wife, a Presbyter’s Wife, a UPCI Executive’s wife, a Minnesota District Ladies Ministries Committee Member, a Global Educator for the Global Association of Theological Studies, Co-founder of Heartwork (nonprofit Ministry for women), as a speaker at various conferences/seminars (LDI, District NAM Retreats, LAUNCH, General Conference Seminars, GATS for Global Missions, Marriage/Family/Life Seminars, Heartwork, etc.).
She is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of “Transformational Living”, LLC, helping women achieve health, wholeness, and balance in every area of their life.
Her passions are marriage, family, children, mentoring, music, ministry, and natural medicine.
Most importantly, she is both humbled and honored to serve Jesus Christ and be called a child of God!
